How to generate a clauses document from 10 yes/no selections with some Sub-selections
Hello,
Am not sure if MS Word would be the best to create such a document. Could it be Excel? Am just looking for guidance. What I'm trying to do is from a form with 10 Yes/No questions, (some questions include multiple choice check-boxes), is to insert clauses in the reply to the client selections. There's a possibility that conditions exists, for example question 5 & 6 have to be answered to generate the clause. Meaning combination of Yes/Yes, Yes/No, No/No, No/Yes. I am not a programmer but I can get the needed support as required. thank you |

Generally, Word is better at documents than Excel, and Excel is better at calculations than Word.
Look into creating a UserForm (custom dialog box). This requires writing (not recording) macros. Your clauses could be stored in the template as AutoText. That is easier, at least for me, than putting the wording into the macro. |
