Grammar issue help
I Use the free version of Grammarly and checked a document with it. No issues were found so I closed it and MS Word 2010 found one entire sentence and the first two words of the next sentence had the green squiggly line under it. What should I do ignore MS Word? |

If there is a difference in how Grammarly and Word interpret your sentence then I would be inclined to accept Grammarly as the more likely to be correct.
Both Grammarly and MS Word have algorithms set to identify particular grammar patterns and things they flag can be acknowledged as potential issues. However, you are the author and owner of your documents and as such, you should be the one to make the final decision on what is right for you.

Another way to say what Andrew was saying is that these are tools, they do not set rules and the points they make are often irrelevant. There is no substitute for a live human being proofreader.
