Exclamation Table of Content Eat up RAM Resources

Hello, I'm new to this forum. but im so curious that when I open my msword 2010. it start eat up my RAM to 88K MB (WinWord.exe), then when i create table of content, it become lag and I see the processing table. the resource used by ms word keep increasing to 150k MB and keep rising. I dont know why. but I cannot do anything now when I'm typing in MSword 2010. Please help me. thank you
