In the English version you can turn on wildcards and then choose Special > Num Occurrences to get the correct syntax for the element inside the {}. What do you see on your Dutch version?

If the Non-wildcard method doesn't reduce your paragraph marks then I am running out of ideas. In English the ^p appears if I select Special>Paragraph Mark. Do you get a different combination on a Dutch machine?
