Can you combine numbers and text bullets in the same paragraph style?
I'm dealing with off marking requirements for a client. Basically, I'd like a H1 paragraph that works like this: 1. (BLAH) Yada Yada Yada 2. (BLAH) Whatever 3. (BLAH) Get on with it in which "#. (BLAH)" is defined in the paragraph style. If it can be done, it will greatly simplify implementation of a new security guideline. Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 08-14-2020 at 12:30 PM. See How to create numbered headings or outline numbering in Ribbon Versions of Word by Shauna Kelly.
You could add your text (BLAH) when you define the new multilevel list. Each level is attached to a style. You apply the numbering by applying the style. |
