New post-new member. Please forgive multiple layers of ignorance. I believe the subject of "updating" hyperlinks across an entire Word document (In my case Word 2016 for Mac) has been addressed here before and even a Macro written, although I believe that one was written for a Windows environment.
I need to "travel" a document outside of my home computer and these links break if the wind changes direction (I can't even cut and past to another doc on my own computer Yikes!.) Is there an "Add-in" or Macro that will make these links--presently tied to files on my hard drive (files which I will include in folder) able to go out into the world on their own? (They were created with "add hyperlink" function in Word.) Sitting here in Limbo. PS I'd need help running a Macro if there were one. Baby steps here... |
