Default Making sure an overlaid shape stays with its picture

Hi all,

I have a photo in my Word document and I have placed a shape (an arrow) on the photo to highlight a particular part of it. If I want to move the photo to another part of the page (or another part of the document) the arrow is left behind and I have to move it separately. How can I lock the shape onto the photo so that they both move together? Similarly, if I insert a caption onto a photo how can I ensure that the photo and its caption move together?

Thanks in advance

Robert
