Fillable Forms in MS Word
I am trying to create a Fillable Form in Word. What I envision is being able to tab through fields entering in information and then being able to save a final document.
I have used the developer tab and created the plain text fields, but the tabbing through is not working. I have 2 fields near the header of my document that tab back and forth. I then have 3 text boxes with 2-3 fields in each box. It will tab through the first box to the third box then back to the second then to the third but never back to the first. How do I correct the order of the tabs? Thanks -Penn |

"near the header"
In the header? If so, that is a problem. If you are using Content Controls, select them all and apply a Group control. Create a Form Using Word Content Controls by Greg Maxey |

Not in the header... I have a header and it's on the second line of the document.
I believe I am using content controls. I did try to select them all, but the group tab is unable to be clicked on. I'll check out the link. Thanks for the reply |

There are lots of ways, but generally CCs are best.
