Default When adding chapters to a bk, how to create a duplicate of an existing ch to make another behind it?

If I have a chapter already made, and wish to create copies of it having the exact same parameters so as to easily add more chapters behind it, how can this be done. I have formatted the chapter just as I want it. I want to make another of the same behind it, then delete the text in it and add the fresh text for the new chapter.

I can highlight the entire existing chapter with ctrl-a, then copy it ctrl-c, and then create a new page as a new section and paste the chapter into that. But is there an easier or more efficient way to do it? Say, using the navigation window for example? I tried right clicking on the chapter name in the navigation pane, but did not see any option for copy or create duplicate.
