Charles, thank you again for trying to help me. I have read your comment and feel I have done that…but will definitely try again…step by step. On my Mac, I am not sure how to access the VBA. I looked at the instructions again from your first reply to me and cannot access the VBA via pressing the ALT+F11 key on my keyboard (I am using a Logitech wireless keyboard connected to my Mac…but that key combination does not take me to VBA). Please advise and I will definitely try these instructions!!
