Change Header in multiple Docs

Is there a way to change header and footer in multiple documents? Maybe with Access or another way. I have several clients that need about 100 documents customized with their logo and information. Right now I open and manually add their information to each document. Is there a way to complete a database and select the docs to update the template/letterhead.

Had they pre-planned this would be much easier.
