Find and Replace Line Spacing

I changed the font from Simplified Arabic to Arial, The line spacing of simplified Arabic was 1.5. but the new changed Arial line spacing is looking very shriked. When I change to 3.0 it looks same as simplified Arabic document line spacing (.Eg: 1.5).

So I need to find all line spacing and replace to double. For Example if the linespacing is 1.5 then it should replace to 3.0.
IF the line spacing is 2.5 then it should replace to 5.0.
