Hi guys,
Hoping you can help me out. I'm formatting a document and every time I apply a style Word automatically creates a new style from the existing style and the new one. For instance, when applying a style called "Main_Text" Word then creates a separate style called "Main_Text ++ Body (Calibri 14pt)" or when I put a paragraph style over an existing character style it does the same with something like "Text_italic + Not Italic" Can you tell me where the setting is to stop Word doing this is, as it's really messing up my attempts to format a manuscript. I'm on Word 19 Thanks! |
