blue parts in img got the format, but it does not expand or collapse.

That requires paragraph formatting, best through a style.
Then use a character style to format the text you do not want to look like the heading. |

Here is a screenshot from the attached document.

Note that the character style is Bold because the Heading style is bold. The two cancel out. If it were applied to the non-Bold Heading 2 style the character style would also need to be non-Bold. |
