Default Word opens on HALF window Pls help correct

Somehow (what I did ??) my WORD started to open only on the upper half of the monitor screen and I have to drag the lower WORD's border down to extend it to the normal size. After that everything works OK. This half screen opening page is normal with the blue menu on the left and white pictures of the starting pages on the right.

I use DELL computer with the MSoft Office subscription for one computer and one tablet. My MSoft Windows 10 are updated automatically.

Being Dummy in these matters I could not correct this problem and am looking to your help.

Many thanks for attention.

Itchig, have you tried double clicking on the top of your Word window to maximize the window? Then, the next time you close and open, it should open full screen.
