Default Colour change layout

I have a word doc that use quick parts as Auto text and a Quick Part gallery.

I have stored several items in these.
When scrolling through its difficult to see the category heading. Is there anyway of highlighting or changing colour of these category headings so they stand out more?

There isn't a way to highlight each category that I know of. How many categories do you have now? The categories come in handy if you are using the Building Block Content Controls but in a single gallery, the size of each preview makes for lots of scrolling and the category headings can get lost in the weeds.

I would be making use of the different building block types (galleries) to do the work of the categorisation because you can use a separate 'QuickPart-like' gallery for each building block type. There are about 12 obvious ones you could use before branching out to the header, page number etc types which are also able to be used.

I've used code to build a dynamic menu tree to list building blocks grouped by categories but it is more complex than may be necessary if you can use the galleries. Another complex coding solution would be to design a userform to enable selection of the available BBs sorted and grouped by category.
