Find/Replace of funny character
I have a document which contains a character looking like this: „
When pressing alt-X after the character the code 201E appears. When I try to replace the character with a proper double quote, I type the 201E in the find box and press alt-X, but in stead of word converting the character it simply turns on the match prefix option. How can I do a global replace of this strange character?
