Prints in grey, not black
Using MSOffice 2007 or MS Word Starter and win10Pro:
When I print something, it's always grey. Background is still white (that is, no color). When I copy the same file to Eudora Email, it prints in black, looks far more important, and is easier to read. I can't find any options in MS Word that relate to this. Please clarify the Office version and update your profile accordingly.
The print issue suggests you have Word configured to print in draft quality.
