Default Convert to PDF booklet mode

Hi
Does anyone have a code that permits your word doc to be converted into a PDF booklet?

Word doesn't do this directly although it can save the document to PDF easily enough.

When it comes to having a PDF that needs to be produced as a booklet, you need to specify if this is for viewing electronically or actually printing double sided. The facing page pairs are very different for this. For instance, viewing the booklet on screen you would expect to see the cover as the first page whereas in a printable booklet, the back page sits to the left of the cover on the first page.

Adobe Reader has a good booklet printer. Create the document in A5 size and save it as PDF. Open that PDF in Adobe Reader and either print it to paper or to the Microsoft Print to PDF driver if you want a PDF version.

Thank Andrew and Graham you for the response.
I would ideally like the option to do both the electronic booklet but also have the capacity to print in booklet mode if required. Is it possible to do both?

I will also try adobe reader.

With Adobe Reader it is simply a matter of setting the print output to either the Microsoft PDF driver or to an actual printer.

Thank you.
Does that work to convert the pdf into a booklet mode electronically as opposed to printing it out. I need the ability to have the pdf in booklet mode when sent via email.

Is the recipient of your email going to read your booklet online or print it out?

The booklet is to be read electronically by those who receive it.
