Pasting from Visio

I am having some problem pasting Visio diagrams into Word... the object is not getting resized as you'd expected within the margin and instead is oversized.



Oddly enough if I open a brand new visio diagram and paste into a brand new word document it works fine, Word shrinks it to make it fit.

is there a special setting in Word somewhere?

Check the page size on the original Vizio drawings.
