I uploaded my assignment on my portal but my tutor cant read the file...in her MS Word..it looks like this to her,any remedies?

She may be using an older version of Microsoft Office. While saving your work, try selecting a file extension that is recognisable by her Office suite.
Or try using .odt format.

Not relevant. In any event, the recipient is using Word 365/2019; the OP is using Word 2016.
