Delete Multi-Level List Style in Word 2016
Once I set up these styles, there seems to be no way to get rid of them. Is there anyone out there who knows how to delete multi-level list styles in Word 2016? |

It depends on what you mean by "multilevel list style."
Any custom styles can be deleted. You can reattach the Normal template updating styles to refresh any built-in styles. If you have a name for the style, you can delete it using a macro. Would you care to post a sample document? How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum. |

If you have attached numbering to paragraph styles, you can certainly delete the numbering from each of the styles.
If you are trying to delete custom formats from the galleries at Home > Bullets, Home > Numbering and/or Home > Multilevel List, exit Word and delete the ListGal.dat file. You'll find ListGal.dat in your user profile path (to locate it, display hidden and system files in File Explorer). As Charles said, an example would be helpful. :-)
