Fix footnote and endnote references to arabic numbers everywhere?

Paul, thanks for your help. I looked at your document and that's what I want. I tried to fix the endnote style myself. I didn't see a way to tell it to have a first-line indented paragraph. I also saw no way to change from Roman numerals to Arabic numerals. I'm sorry but would you explain the fix in a bit more detail? I'm not sure that I understand all the steps fully. Thamks.

Got to References>Footnotes>Location:Endnotes>Format:Numb er format. Choose 1, 2, 3, ...
