formatting of imported text
Is there a way in word 2007 to drop the formatting of any imported text and keep it the same as the text in my word document ? If so how? Many thanks Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 03-23-2020 at 04:07 PM. Reason: Mark as solved |

Imported from where?
Will copy and paste as text work for you?

Imported from anywhere. For example if Import from wikipedia I dont want to see the blue texts or the different fonts. I want it all to be the same as my existing text. Copy and paste as test, how do I do that? What Id really like is some default setting so any text pasted into word automatically matches the style of the document it pasted into. Thanks

Paste as plain text.
It should adopt the paragarph formatting of the paragraph into which is inserted. You may have to select and reformat pasted text to be in the same style. |
