Default page stuck on sizing and cannot edit

Have somehow saved my project on a formatting page that allows to size the page but not allow me back in to actually write or edit.

If exported to pages on minipad it is editable, but when saved on pages and sent back to word it returns to formatting page.

New to Word, so can't work out what I've done.

Perhaps you need to make a screen shot of what you are looking at because your terminology doesn't match our experience with the software.

I'm guessing here but you might be asking about avoiding Read Mode. If this is the case, you should have an option at the top left of the screen to go to View>Edit Document. You can get more info and learn how to turn it off by looking at this video How to Disable Read Mode in Word - YouTube

Make sure that the document is in a format that Word can edit.

Also, as Andrew has already mentioned, make sure that you are using an editable view in Word.

You have to upload the graphics file. Click the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the forums page and then use Manage attachments button.
