Well, in that case, it wouldn't be a mailmerge…
Beyond that, you can use: • OLE to link your Word document to an Excel worksheet, such that when the data in Excel changes, Word is updated; • a DATABASE field in Word to construct a table from data that conform to whatever rules you specify; or • VBA to copy & paste a range from Excel into Word as a table. No code is required for either of the first two methods.
