If you want a more specific solution, we'll need more specific information.
It would really help if we could see the youtube transcript file and the Word file.

Indeed! I didn't realize I could attach documents. I have attached the Word document. The YouTube transcript is here: Another Intelligent Atheist Changes His Mind - YouTube - you click the three small dots ... that are located just beneath the video next to the 'save' button, then you select 'open transcript' and that's where I copy the text that I want.
I hope this is a better explanation of what I'm looking for. If not, please let me know so I can be more specific. Thanks!
