Shortcut for making table of contents from document map?

I used many headings and smaller headings and smmaller headings etc... in my word file.... they are all nicely visible in document map
Now I want to make a table of contents, which I want to exactly look like that document map with heading etc
How can I copy that document map and then paste so I can make a table of content quickly?
