Thanks, that kind of works, although only when you write 'aa' separately. Is it possible to make it happen also when you write 'Maa' or any other letter in front of (or after) the 'aa'?
And is it further possible to make it distinguish between capital and miniscule letters? So that 'aa' becomes 'ā' but 'AA' becomes 'Ā'
