I use Word quite a lot and have not come across the problem that I now have. It just started happening!

The issue is that when typing a word, I'm getting some extra space between some letters and I can't seem to get rid of it. As I've tried to do a test document and save other documents, I get a message about 'insufficient memory' that I've not had before. I don't know if this is linked to the issue or not.



I've attached a file which, shows the odd way the word 'currently' appears and the unsolicited spacing of words in the text.

I have Windows 10 (64 bit) and Word version 14.0.7237.5000 (32bit)

Any ideas, please?

I see nothing strange in your document. You do need a space after the comma.

Thanks for your reply, Charles. Interesting! When I uploaded it it definitely did have odd spacing! I'll spuddle about a bit more with some documents and if I can reproduce it, I'll post it.
