Default How do I import text columns with specified spacing between words w/o losing format?

Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if it's possible to do this but is there a way to import a column of ID's with 109 spaces preceding it followed by a columen of descriptions with 200 spaces preceding IT.

ie:

109 spaces literally -> [ID1] -> 200 spaces -> [Description]
109 spaces literally -> [ID2] -> 200 spaces -> [Description]
109 spaces literally -> [ID3] -> 200 spaces -> [Description]

etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
