Default how to change the symbols back to letters?

hey guys, i am having a problem with softsub i used to copy the symbols from the wordpad (which are supposed to be letters) into a word and change them back to letters(i remember that i used to change something i don't know maybe the format of the letters) .Since i haven't done that for a while i ve' kinda forgot how to do that.If you anything about plz be so kinda and tell me .

these are the symboles that i mean:

actually these are letter just like i said but i don't how to convert them
