Cool can't change header in new section...

I am working on a very large document (>120MB) and headers normally change on each new chapter...
Now I had to insert a new chapter; no problem, BUT...but it is impossible to change the header accordingly (although I putted section breaks). The header show the text of the previous chapter and if I try to delete or type the new text it also changes the previous chapter heading...
I wonder what's going wrong ??? can I get some help PLEASE ?
Thanks a lot !

The section headers are linked. Put the cursor in the new section header and from the Header Footer Design tab, uncheck 'Link to Previous'.

Also, look into using a StyleRef Field.
