Template downloads?
When I download a template where do I find the existing folder with templates to add it to? It doesn't automatically go there. I'm using a iMac computer.
Thank you Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 11-22-2019 at 11:22 AM. Reason: Mark as solved |

You can store it in the folder that has your normal.dotm file. It has been years since I've used a Mac for Word.
Where is the Normal Template / How to Find the Normal Template Note that you can expect MS to change this if you "upgrade" to a later version. They certainly messed with it over the years in the Windows versions. Here is my page on organizing and using templates. Templates in Microsoft Word |

Thank you for your input!
Through a google search I managed to figure out where the files are stored. Seems that folder is hidden otherwise. The only way to see it is through the Word preferences. There I can change the download location. Thanks again! |
