Find and replace query re missing spaces

Hi Word fans,





I'm editing a piece in which the client has sporadically and randomly missed the space between a full stop and the next letter.



I'm trying to use find and replace to correct this.



I have got as far as working out that inserting this in the find box locates all examples of this:



. ^$


However, I can't work out what to put into Replace to keep the full stop and the first letter of the new sentence but insert a space.



Can anyone help?
