Please help! I'm on a deadline and I have a 500 page document with 200+ figures and 50+ tables.

Some of the caption headers in the document have randomly decided to become frames (I'm used to seeing them as text boxes). They are also right justifying relative to the page.

I have no idea why this is happening. And every time I open the document or update the fields/captions, new caption headers decide to do this.

I have already tried recreating the document (pasting it into a blank template), but it did not help. I have never seen this before.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Stop it?
