Default Automatic insertion of text from another file

I am looking for a solution to an issue we have.

Document 1, 2 and 3 are all fixed in their content but require the terms and conditions added to it the bottom of them before sending out. Traditionally these have just been copy and pasted in and saved but the terms change from time to time and the users forget to change them in the documents

The terms and conditions are stored in another document that is updated as required

As we increase the number of documents that are needing this information adding to the bottom I would like to have a live link to the terms so that when a user opens the document, the terms are pulled in automatically from the latest version of the document (It will always remain the same name and same location with older versions being renamed).

I know that I can merge the documents or just copy and pase the information in but if the terms are changed then the client facing documents are no longer correct if we forget to do this.

Is this "Live" link / import possible?

You can use the INCLUDETEXT field.
Otherwise, you may want to look at Boiler - Insert a selection of documents by Graham Mayor, MVP.

Thanks Charles - INCLUDETEXT works a treat to get the information in., There is an option to retain formatting which doesn't appear to work but will keep working on this.

Thanks again.
