Hello,




I am working with 2 words document.
The first one was sent for correction and contains racked changes. The second one is the one with I am working with.
Is a way to copy corrections from the first to the second importing only approved changes and not all the corrections?

In your original document or a copy of it, accept all changes and then do your copy and paste.

Yes there is a way to do this. It is all to do with the current settings for revision tracking in the source doc.

Andrew, That article is wrong and if it were right would not help.

Village wants only the document with approved changes, not all changes.
Looking again, though, the last image still shows a change bar.


First, the correct way to copy tracked changes is to have Tracked Changes ON in the donor document, and OFF in the recipient document. The article shows having them turned off in both. How to Copy Text With Tracked Changes Preserved by Shauna Kelly, MVP



Second, the last image has to do with the display of Tracked Changes, not their presence. This is a local computer setting, not a setting in the document itself.
