Default I've formatted a document using Arial 10pt. However, when certain computers open it, it's Calibri 11

I've formatted a document in Arial 10pt. However, when certain computers open the same document, parts of it appear as Calibri 11pt. This is not the case for all documents or all parts of any document.



How do I create a document that others will see that same way I do?
