Default Insert\Quick Parts\Field How to combine

Greetings,

This has to do with field under insert\quick parts

Is there a way to combine 2 fields into 1 with AutoText or do you have to use 2 separate AutoText for each field?

Below is what I want to combine:
{Filename} + {Date}

I have tried to combine by creating a date and path building block for AutoText and combine as shown below with no luck:
{AutoText "path" "date"}

I have seen an example where you can have 2 things display at once, albeit a round about way:

You can select both and save them as AutoText or as a Header or Footer.

Alt+F3 brings up the dialog to save building blocks. You choose the gallery and template.
Where can Building Blocks be stored?

Default Awesome

I feel like I should have realized I could have selected both to save as 1 AutoText, which will work for what I need.

Thank you!
