Table of Authorities codes showing in the document

I’m not able to get the TOA marking codes to collapse when I generate the table. What do I do?

Do they print?
I think you mean the TA codes.
If you are seeing the TOA codes, press Alt+F9.

I was talking about my markings for generating a table of a table of authorities. I figured out that somehow in my options someone had selected the box to show hidden text. I deselected it and my document is perfect now.
