Default Sub-chapter not appearing in Table of Contents

Hi,

I have added chapters and sub-chapters to my word doc and then clicked on "Update table of contents - Update entire table" in table of contents.

All chapters and sub-chapters appear on my table of contents apart from one (sub-chapter 3.1).

I have gone to "References - Add Text" and chosen "level 2" for title 3.1 but still it does not appear.

Is there anything else I should do to see sub-chapter 3.1 in my table of contents?

Thanks,
Nix

Paragraph styles drive the ToC. Double check to see if the entire paragraph--including the paragraph marker at the end of the header--have the correct style.
