Default Attaching document to a fillable form

Hello everyone. Is it possible to add an attachment to a fillable locked form? Ideally, I would like to allow users of the form to attach another document to the form, similar to inserting an object (typically another Word or Excel doc), however manually inserting an object is inactive when a form is locked.

Forms with content controls do not have to be locked. You could lock the controls against deletion instead. Then you can insert stuff.
You may find Insert Content Control Add-In useful if only to lock all the fields against deletion.
