Line drawn across a document
I have document with three lines across it. But I can't see how they got there or how to remove them. They don't seem to select, although I can move them down a bit (but not up). When I put the cursor on one the cursor becomes two short lines each side with a little arrow pointing up and down.
Any suggestions?
