I'm trying to create a booklet with pages that are 4.25 wide and 11 high. This would print on 8.5 x 11 inch paper and fold in half along the long dimension.



I tried setting the layout to the page size and the mode to booklet. I can get it to accept a page running the wrong way (wide short booklet) but it won't give me the option of going vertical.

Basically, I think I need to set the page size to 4.25 wide x 11 high with .3" margins all around. I need the printing mode to be booklet and the page orientation to be portrait.

The best I have been able to do is use a full sheet with 2 columns. I then have to manually shuffle the pages and add page numbers so when I print 2-sided I get what I want. This approach kills all the neat stuff like indexinng and page numbering.
