Hi, I could really use some help trying to make my resume look tidy!
My name begins with an N and directly underneath that I have a trade that begins with an E. I'd like my name to be in quite a large font and my trade to be much smaller. The problem is that even when sharing exactly the same 'left ruler' (sorry my typesetting vernacular is not strong), the larger N appears shifted slightly to the right, like the character itself has a small amount of white space to its left which grows as the character grows. Not sure if this will look the same on everybody's screen but on mine this shows the problem: Nelly Elephant I have tried creating a new paragraph for it and moving the 'left ruler' for my name, but the ruler jumps are too big so I'm still unable to get the alignment I want. Is there a simple solution?! Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 07-29-2019 at 04:53 AM. Reason: Mark as solved |
