Embed word document from URL in Word Document

I have a word document that is used as a template and I have a service that I pay for that provide appendicies on a website that are updated regularly.

I was wondering, is there anyway in which I could create some kind of dynamic link in the word template to the document on the website so it will automatically pull the information from the website document and put it in my word template?
