I have a block of text that I want to repeat later in my Word document. If I create a Bookmark and then a Cross-reference to the Bookmark text, that works well except for one problem. The block of text contains a numbered list. In the block it's numbered 1, 2, 3. In the copy it shows up as 4, 5, 6. If I do "Set Numbering Value" in the copy, that works only until I do F9 to refresh, then it goes back to 4, 5, 6.

Is there any way to avoid this problem besides hard coding numbers and letters?
