Help me, remove the marks occur at begin and last paragraph

Please help me, let me know how to remove two marks occur at begin and last paragraph. I tried to delete or disable them, but they not removed.

One possibility is that you are describing nonprinting marks, but it is very difficult to tell. Post a sample as kilroy suggested.
