Default How to Print Farther Right on an envelope?

I understand the envelope setting under mailings.
I moved the text box as far to the right as possible as you see in the image below.
But when it prints (the bottom picture below), it is almost an inch from edge.
I need empty boxes in the upper stamp area to direct employees where to put the stamp and make them do it neatly.

Anyone know how to print farther to the right? Any manual solution around this?

That shows how to reposition the address on the center of an envelope.

I am trying to print closer to the edge where the stamp area is. As in my screenshot, I have already moved the image all the way to the right of the template. But when printed, it's still an inch away from the edge.

The address frame is where the address is printed. You can drag it anywhere you want on the envelope and in it is where the address will print.

If it is the image of the stamp location you want to move then simply use the envelope tool to create a new document and add a text box where you want the stamp to appear and save it as a template. Create a new document from that template when you need an envelope.

To that end you may find Envelope or label add-in for Word useful.

You can use the supplied envelope template as a start point - or see attached which will work with that add-in or as a stand-alone template:

It’s possible the Envelope Feed orientation/direction is causing the problem.
Using either the Mailings > Start Mail Merge > Envelopes or the Mailings > Envelopes, for me, doesn’t allow an object (Text Box in my example below with dashed boundary line and relevant wording) to be seen fully in the top right corner in the Print Preview and it appears there is a large margin ‘blocking’ the view and potentially the full ‘stamp’ on an envelope.
It could be the envelope setting feed needs changing and the envelope feed is physical changed to compensate.

I have created a short video to show you my results of creating an envelope and pasting in and positioning a previously created stamp guide.
The feed used initially is my default printer option which works fine ordinarily on sheets and even envelopes that just have the central main address and the return address in the top left corner.
Usually, nothing would be placed in the top right corner except the actual stamp.
Click the image below to see how changing the feed in the envelope settings changes the view in the print preview.
I must add that at the time of posting, I have no printer attached/available and can’t actually fully ‘test’ my theory so you will need to change your settings and how the envelope is fed in the tray (as an experiment) to see if this helps you out.
Note: Placing an object too close to the edge of a page/envelope will have the Printers own border (white – approx 3mm) appearing and even a no border option in a printer that supports this is highly unlikely to support an envelope size.

PS – I wouldn’t worry too much where a stamp is placed on an envelope. I appreciate it may not look good and arguably not very professional, but I have seen received post with stamps placed everywhere but the ‘expected’ place on an envelope and it still gets through. The post guys don’t like it, but they deal with it one way or another!

Thanks Moonshine and GMayor for trying to help with this. Appreciate it.

GMayor: I downloaded that template, but my printer requires the envelope to be printed in portrait mode, #10 envelopes won't fit horizontally. So when I go to Layout> Orientation & change it to portrait, the Stamp box in your template disappears.

Moonshine: That's interesting that your Word cuts off the box for you in the preview. I am able to insert a box and move it to the top right, and it still shows it as such during the print preview, see below:

Also, when I tried changing the Feed Method as you showed in your screencast, the hortinztal option wouldn't work, as a #10 envelope won't fit horizontally in the printer. It has to be vertical:

Regarding the minimum border on printers, right now it is printing the stamp box 7/8 of an inch from the right edge (22mm). Even though I place the stamp box at the very very edge in Word.

I know the printer is capable of going closer to the edge than that.
It's strange, there must be some way to manually trick the printer into printing closer to the edge. I don't know why this turned out to be so challenging.

The distance a printer will print from the edge of the paper is determined by the printer driver. If the image doesn't appear, it will be because it is in the unprintable area set in that driver for that paper size. The only way to fool it is to use a different larger paper size, but then your printer might reject that as it doesn't match the paper bin.

As you are not able place the envelope in the tray horizontally, try changing the Clockwise rotation in the printing options with an actual rotation of the envelope in the tray for a print comparison.
